WHO WE ARE
WHY WAS QSN ACADEMY CREATED?
I created QSN Academy to support individuals, start-ups and companies in regulated industries to up-skill in core areas of compliance, quality management systems, and Plain Language writing.
There is such a desperate need for practical training and mentoring across these areas because most companies either cannot sustain their own level of mentoring or they just don’t have the expert skill-set in-house.
WHY IS QSN ACADEMY NEEDED?
Industry day courses have their place, but in reality, they are not much more than awareness training. Skills learnt in a day course rarely become cemented into habitual behaviour, particularly if there is no ongoing support back in the workplace. This frustrates managers who are looking for ROI on their training investment, as well as the trainee who genuinely wants to increase their skill-set but struggles without the ongoing support.

HOW DOES QSN ACADEMY WORK?
Courses are structured so that regardless of your learning style, there are training materials that will suit you – visual and auditory for the classroom learners and written instructions for the self-educators. And lots of practical activities so that you get to ‘do’ what you are learning.
Premium courses are fully mentored with weekly online
classes and access to a closed group for safe, confidence-building exchange with other students. Class sizes are kept small so that students have one-on-one time with the trainer. Premium students also have ongoing access to all the course materials which are constantly being updated.
For those students with limited time or budget, then there is the ‘Do It Yourself’ courses and short free courses.
